context-monitor.sh's 180k nudge DM still tells the recipient 'the monitor injects it at 220k'. Under COMPACT_ACTUATOR=0 (proven from the running process environ) context-monitor.sh does not inject /compact at any threshold - the venus tick.py actuator does, at its own thresholds (hard cap now 170k). So the sentence promises an intervention that cannot occur, which is worse than saying nothing: a nudged agent that believes a 220k backstop exists has no reason to protect its own headroom. Fix = correct the DM text to name the actual actuator and threshold. Trivial text change, blocked only on it being in context-monitor.sh (my lane, venus). mem:project_monitor_context_venus_actuator.md

Subject deleted 38bdd55 (2026-09-24, Elazar, 'retire agent telemetry tracking stack') - whole context-actuator/telemetry stack trashed (context-monitor.sh, tick.py, monitor-context.sqlite, analyze-agent-context.sh, scan-context.py, kpi-views.sql, token-usage-collect.sh, collect.py, schema.sql, units). Verified missing on disk, not inferred from the commit list alone. Nothing left to fix.

Subject: context-monitor.sh, deleted by 03c7d53. The COMPACT_ACTUATOR=0 nudge text cannot be fixed in a deleted script.
