db-size-monitor.service failing exit-127 daily (orphaned script)

jobreg watchdog first-run finding 2026-07-12: db-size-monitor.service exits 127 every day since >=Jul04 - /home/rob/.local/bin/db-size-monitor.sh No such file or directory. Script deleted, timer never torn down = 2nd live instance of the clamav-orphan class that motivated OPS-101. OPS-103 manual sweep missed it. Fix (nw-venus-cc, owner): restore the script or remove db-size-monitor.timer+service, then update jobreg.tsv.

Confirmed clean case (not ambiguous like clamav): db-size-monitor.sh was deliberately deleted 2026-07-02 per an explicit Elazar ruling (SAVETOKE-34 telemetry retirement commit abd2f82), but the systemd timer/service were never torn down -- same orphan-unit bug class jobreg was built to catch. Disabled + removed db-size-monitor.timer/.service. Notified bin-venus-cc to drop the row from jobreg.tsv.

Fixed 2026-07-12: nw-venus-cc disabled+removed db-size-monitor.timer/.service (orphaned SAVETOKE-34 teardown, script deliberately deleted 2026-07-02, unit never torn down). bin-venus-cc dropped the row from jobreg.tsv (drift re-verified 32/32 clean, pushed). Both halves done.
