  Dead-subject sweep (support-evolutiva-cc, 2026-10-06), on pmmaster-evolutiva-cc's instruction. Subject verified ABSENT on disk in ~/.local/bin today, not inferred from the commit list. FLAGGED AS REWRITE, NOT CLOSE. Of the 5 named sqlite readers, 2 are dead: ccusage-daily-kpi.sh and llmmsg-kpi-report.sh, both deleted by 38bdd55. netreport.sh, testnetwork and memory-lint.sh are PRESENT. So the step survives against 3 readers; the row's count is wrong, not its goal.

  Same sweep: of the 5 named readers (netreport.sh, testnetwork --report, ccusage-daily-kpi.sh, llmmsg-kpi-report.sh, memory-lint.sh), 4 are dead - ccusage-daily-kpi.sh+llmmsg-kpi-report.sh via 38bdd55, netreport.sh+testnetwork via standing retirement/absence (not tracked in sh.git at all). Only memory-lint.sh is live. Scope reduces to repointing memory-lint.sh alone to pg telemetry_ro - not closing, count corrected from 5 to 1.

  CORRECTION to my own note above, from bin-whey-cc, 2026-10-06. I wrote '3 are PRESENT (netreport.sh, testnetwork, memory-lint.sh)'. WRONG, and wrong because I never measured them: I verified the DELETED side of the list on disk and asserted the surviving side from the row's own text. Re-measured in ~/.local/bin: netreport.sh ABSENT and untracked, testnetwork ABSENT and untracked, only memory-lint.sh is PRESENT and tracked. So 4 of the 5 named readers are gone, not 2. Also per bin-whey-cc: testnetwork is under a STANDING retirement by Elazar, repeatedly ruled not coming back. It is not 38bdd55/03c7d53 collateral and must not be treated as a restore candidate the way scan-context.py was. The rewrite framing still holds and gets narrower: GATE#1 step ii survives against ONE live reader. bin-whey-cc owns the rewrite.
