Elazar directive 2026-06-26. Spec: new hub verb /ignore "<prefix>" — stores prefix pattern per-agent in new table (agent_ignore_patterns). Hub skips delivery of any incoming message whose body starts with that prefix. Scope: current ARO PM can set /ignore on behalf of any ARO member (not just self). Source fix is ALSO required: the script/agent sending the pattern must be modified to stop sending it; /ignore is interim suppression only. Agents must be trained to use /ignore when they identify recurring benign patterns.
