Sweep added 4th gap: vpn-workhours.sh missing ORIGIN_ARO=aro:hosts-status. Full whey emitter list = 4 live (clamav, context-monitor, db-size-monitor, vpn-workhours) + gdrive-usage-watchdog disabled. No other emitters.
