Remove the deleted chat launcher's name from the advertised MCP surface

SHIPPED 2026-09-23 as shim 2.61.16, commit 9588c00, audit-general-cc PASS. Filed retroactively - see REF COLLISION below. Elazar, CLI 2026-09-23: delete the llmmsg-chat launcher fleet-wide - the files AND every mention - explicitly NOT another sentence telling agents not to use it. Naming a dead script in text that loads at session start is what teaches an agent the name. sh.git half (nw lane, landed): llmmsg-chat and llmmsg-chat.sh removed from the repo in df9d185; nw-whey-cc and nw-lezama-cc both confirmed the pull removed them with no untracked survivor; nw-venus-cc swept venus and found no other live reference. llmmsg-srv half (this row): hub/llmmsg-srv-mcp.mjs server instructions and register's description each lose exactly the 'llmmsg-chat/' token, prohibition unchanged in force (chat-duo, curl, raw HTTP, hub SQLite, own client all still named). AGENTS.md:7 drops llmmsg-chat.sh from the maintained-launcher list. chat-duo stays named on purpose: chat-duo-web is live, and the order was this one launcher, not the family. Verified by t433.mjs: control = 2.61.15 at HEAD, patched = working tree. 60 checks, control RED on 3 (HEAD names the script in the surface, in instructions, in register). Asserted the token is absent from the whole advertised surface; the only llmmsg-* token left is llmmsg-srv itself; 33/33 tools with schemas byte-identical; every description but register byte-identical to 2.61.15; instructions and register differ from 2.61.15 by exactly the removed token. Surface 13474 -> 13448. Follow-on: registry row 220 (the launcher's maintainer seat) retired by bin-venus-cc, cause recorded as the deletion order rather than an abandoned seat. REF COLLISION, recorded so nobody is misled: commit 9588c00 and the // comments in hub/llmmsg-srv-mcp.mjs cite this work as 'MSG-433'. That ref was used in the commit message but the row was never filed, and MSG-433 has since been minted for the preceding shim-text item. Git history is immutable and will not be rewritten.
