Elazar via nw-venus-cc: auto-clean litter. Roster already self-prunes (pruneStale, LLMMSG_STALE_TTL_S); cursors never pruned (325 rows, 263 orphan). gcCursors() at boot + daily deletes a cursor with no roster row, no ARO membership, not PM/forward endpoint, no unread from a real sender, no traffic in LLMMSG_CURSOR_GC_DAYS=30; one-time purge of 6 named litter names. Elazar CLI: roster stale TTL 30 min -> 10 min (unit Environment LLMMSG_STALE_TTL_S=600).
