shim pushes to Codex via codex queue; retire the tmux nudge script
Move the codex queue push into the MCP shim and retire scr-agent-inbox-nudge.py. The shim already runs as a child of the codex process on the same host, already polls the hub every 3s, and already knows it is under Codex (LLMMSG_CLIENT=codex from config.toml). On a Codex client it can take the thread UUID from its parent codex pid's open rollout fd and call codex queue --thread <uuid> --message=<payload> for each poll batch, acking the same way the Claude push does. Result: Codex gets mail on the 3s poll like Claude, no tmux pane reading, no 20s wait, no cooldown, no second renderer (supersedes MSG-423/424/425 for the Codex path). Retire the timer, .service, .sh wrapper and .py on all three hosts once the shim path is live. Needs: verify the parent-pid rollout fd is readable from the shim, shim deploy on venus + install-mcp-shim-runtime.sh on whey/lezama, audit pass.

Built + live-tested 2026-09-22 on test-llmmsgsrv-ca via ~/agents/test-llmmsgsrv/shim-msg427 (launchtest.sh points at it). Burst 10, busy-turn 3, 36k split 2 parts: every id once, cursor on last id. Diff /data-venus/llmmsg-srv/proposals/2026-09-22-msg427-shim-codex-queue.diff sent to audit-general-cc. Not exercised: queue failure/retry, no-rollout parent, overlap with nudge script.

Done 2026-09-22: shim 2.61.8 (b6122dd/b0c6214) delivers Codex mail via codex queue on all 3 hosts; verified live on venus+whey tests and both live -ca agents. scr-agent-inbox-nudge retired: units removed on venus/whey/lezama, sh.git 810e429 deletes script+units+jobreg rows, registry row 180 historical. Stale-comment sweep handed to bin-venus-cc.
