one agent-identity resolver across launchers, bootstrap, shim, nudge

Agent identity is answered by five sources that nothing reconciles: tmux session name, cwd .agent-name (ini, both cc= and ca= lines), LLMMSG_AGENT / CODEX_AGENT_NAME in the process environ, .llmmsg-env's LLMMSG_AGENT (cc.sh MSG-84 warns on exactly that conflict), and the shim's own register. Readers: cc.sh, cc-tmux.sh, ca.sh, ca-tmux.sh, llmmsg-bootstrap-session.sh, resolve-agent-name.sh, scr-agent-inbox-nudge.py, the shim (findAgentNameIni). Deliverable 1: a map (file -> which source it reads -> what it does on disagreement). Deliverable 2: one resolver, fail closed on disagreement, every reader calls it. Also in scope: /opt/llmmsg-srv/scripts/lib/resolve-*.sh are compat shims sunset 2026-05-29 with zero callers on venus (grep 2026-09-22) - delete; ~/agents/pm-kpinoptimization/.aro has zero live rules (comments only) - delete; ~/Documents/terminal/nw-venus/.aro is 3 live lines under 8 lines of retired history - owner nw-venus-cc trims; .llmmsg-env is sourced by cc.sh and the bootstrap but ignored by ca.sh (-ca bearer comes from codex config.toml) - one bearer source per host or document the split.
