single-source the inbox renderer (hub-side)

format_channel() in scr-agent-inbox-nudge.py (:437) is a second hand-written copy of formatChannel() in llmmsg-srv-mcp.mjs (:781). Nothing keeps them in step; a shim format change silently yields two inbox shapes depending on which path delivered. Proposal: hub renders the <channel> line once (GET /unread?render=channel returns rendered text per message alongside the row) and both the shim's drain/notify and the nudge script consume it; delete format_channel() and fmt_art() from the .py.
