eq_answer denies pmmaster-* - role allowlist predates the pmmaster seat

eqMayResolve (hub.mjs:5921-5944) returns EQ_RESOLVE_ROLES.has(roleFromAgent(caller).replace(/[0-9]+$/,'')). roleFromAgent splits on the first hyphen, so pmmaster-evolutiva-cc resolves to role 'pmmaster', which is not in EQ_RESOLVE_ROLES, and eq_answer/eq_dismiss 403 with eq_not_allowed. Elazar publicly delegated GO to that agent on aro:evolutiva-management 2026-09-11 09:22 and it is PM for all five evolutiva projects (mars, venus, terra, pluto, enamel), so the gate and the delegation disagree. Cost is a round trip per answer against a 37-entry queue - it rules in a DM and a project coder types the answer in - against a queue Elazar is actively complaining about. FIX: add 'pmmaster' to EQ_RESOLVE_ROLES. Blast radius is exactly names whose first hyphen-token is 'pmmaster'; there is one. MUST SURVIVE: the asker cannot answer its own question. Do not widen the regex or relax the scrp/rail deny-guard above it.
