Upstream Claude Code bug: 'claude daemon run' dispatch (source=slash/fleet) respawns a forked session with flagArgs limited to --model/--permission-mode, dropping --dangerously-load-development-channels; channel gate then skips handler registration. SendFeedback draft queued locally in pm-llmmsgsrv-cc's session 2026-09-03 with repro + evidence (daemon.log, roster.json, transcripts, binary strings). Elazar must send it with /feedback; until then this item is blocked on him. Track any upstream fix/version here.
