  Add to the same DDL batch: (A) v_precommit_lockout_coordination as proposed by monitor-llmmsgsrv-cc + origin_aro column + a lock_group key (sender, substr(body,1,80), ts/300) so per-lock fan width is visible; (B) v_pm_narration_candidates REJECTED as proposed - kind='dm' is the hub default kind (6189/30d overall) and pm->coder kind=dm samples are all substantive decisions/corrections; replace with v_pm_relay_candidates: sender like 'pm%' to coder/db where body mentions a THIRD agent name (like '% -cc%' or '%-ca%' not equal to sender/recipient) or like '%relay%'/'%forward%'/'%FYI%'/'%per %-cc%', plus re IS NULL (unsolicited). Still needs sample-read validation before any coaching.

  v_pm_relay_candidates: 30-row hand sample = 17 relay/narration, 13 substantive directives (57% precision). Tighten: AND kind NOT IN ('decision','task','request','directive','spec') AND body NOT LIKE '%GO%' AND body NOT LIKE '%STOP%' AND body NOT LIKE '%frozen%' AND body NOT LIKE '%deploy%'. Re-sample after DDL lands before coaching.

  coder handoff: v_inert_directives.spec.sql md5 54c5463789c7ea19e02083f9e1912583 at coder SCRATCH/msg307/, baseline hub.mjs db2f9378819b3eff8e1579a6fc8f4285, APPLIED-ON-COPY-OK (pm 2292 / worker 6040 rows 30d; ask 0 = control). DDL batch MUST add idx_messages_re (NOT EXISTS full-scans otherwise; 120s timeout on prod) and exclude scrp-%/applog-%/hub/Elazar both directions. Caveat verbatim in view header: action_required is a relabel of kind in {ask,question,blocked} - narrows, does not remove, the sender-label circularity; never quote it as a narration count. Untested: retracted_at clause.

  Shipped hub 2.45.2+2.45.3: ack-only/phatic WHERE fixes, v_mbal_write_lock_coordination (coder spec, acquire/release/both), v_inert_directives + idx_messages_re, and /setpm announce reduced to a DM to the new PM only. Live-verified views on prod.
