Elazar works CLI-only and does not read chat-duo-web. A hub DM to elazar-the-user-human-llmmsg-srv previously succeeded into a surface he never opens. Gate returns elazar_unreachable, stores nothing, tells sender to route to the ARO or answer autonomously. Shipped hub 2.44.91. Verified live 2026-08-22.
