Harden status-ping reroute: catch leading-*** ceremony banners to Elazar

STATUS_PING_RE (hub.mjs:2720) only matches messages leading with a known status verb (working:/done:/status:/shipped:...). A deprecated FINISHED ceremony banner led with '************ FINISHED BUG' (asterisks, no verb), so statusPingSuppressed returned false and it delivered to Elazar's contact inbox despite humanincdw=false. Fix: add leading '\*{3,}' alternative to STATUS_PING_RE so ceremony banners to Elazar reroute to origin_aro god-view. Other reroute machinery (senderMayTagLane, isReplyToElazarThread carve-out, insertSink) unchanged. Verify: '*** FINISHED ...' DM to Elazar w/ humanincdw=false reroutes; normal prose/questions still deliver. Elazar 11:29 directive 'i dont need this'. Then audit; PM gates+bounces on PASS.
