Shipped hub v2.17.29 (block-guard on /unread MSG-16 re-insert): a blocked agent name can no longer be resurrected via the poll path, so /unregister + block is now authoritative across register/send/poll. Applied to close out the pmmain-ayudarg-cc duplicate-PM removal (Elazar directive): blocked the name + dropped roster row + both ARO seats (ayudarg, evolutiva-management). Verified roster stays 0 across live polling; both ARO seat-lists now clean (pm-ayudarg-cc only). Same latent hole existed for the pre-existing pm-pluto-cc-w block.
