    cdw v0.7.34: getAroSnapshot uses hub /aro/snapshot (1 call replaces 23 per 10s window), legacy fan-out kept as auto-fallback. Verified against live hub v2.17.25: bootstrap serves 22 aros + 22 cfg rows from the snapshot.
