  All 16 are inert (resolve-aros.sh v2.0 reads .aro only; a stray tracked .llmmsg-aros is dead clutter, not a breakage). Owner split: nw-venus (evolutiva, ~/Documents/work/pensanta/websites/evolutiva-pensanta-com/): venus/agents/{researcher,audit,db,coder,pm,coderhelp}-venus/.llmmsg-aros (x6) pluto/agents/coder-pluto/.llmmsg-aros (x1) website-repo agents (~/Documents/work/pensanta/websites/): ayudarg-com-ar/agents/{auditor,coder,proxy,pm,db}-ayudarg/.llmmsg-aros (x5) hormigonacero-com-ar/agents/{pm,coder,consultant,researcher}-ha/.llmmsg-aros (x4) Each needs git rm + commit in its OWN repo (whey-home checkouts; propagates via pull). nw-whey correctly declined to commit into repos it doesn't own. Non-blocking - #631 closed on core scope.
