  chat-duo _resolve_pm_for_aro routed Elazar's 15:05 brainstorm (addressed to PM of aro:llmmsg-srv-engineering) to coder-chatduo-cc instead of pm-llmmsgsrv-cc. Hub /aro/list returns pm=pm-llmmsgsrv-cc correctly. Bug is in chat-duo client-side resolver. Read gui.py _resolve_pm_for_aro; report root cause to PM before patching.

  not a bug per coder-chatduo-cc: Elazar's brainstorm was a Full-ARO fan-out (kind=brainstorm to aro:llmmsg-srv-engineering), correctly delivered to all 7 members including coder-chatduo-cc. chat-duo _resolve_pm_for_aro was never in the path. Initial misrouting flag was wrong - should have inspected messages table first.
