ccs.sh banner: replace hardcoded 'hub http://127.0.0.1:9703' display string with actual $LLMMSG_HUB_URL value (resolved via same precedence as shim: env > legacy SRV_HOST/_PORT > default). Show what's really being used so misconfig is visible at launch.
