  Report half LIVE on whey+venus+lezama (cc-context-monitor.sh v1.1, 15-min systemd timer, DM-only, ART). Remaining: COMPACT half - an agent cannot self-run /compact, so the host script must tmux send-keys 'ss' then '/compact' into idle over-cap sessions. Gated on a one-session verification test (bin-whey-cc + llmmsg-srv-cc) to nail the exact send-keys sequence. Also pending: option B - a UserPromptSubmit context-check hook as a standalone settings.json entry.
