Hub command parser false-positives: any message starting with / (e.g. /home/rob/...) triggers 'wrong command'. Fix: only parse as command if token after / matches a known verb (setpm|makepm|close|skip|ignore|unignore|aro_allow|breaker|help).

Hub v2.17.8: unknown-command fallthrough gated to known verbs. /home/... and non-verb slashes deliver normally, no error DM.

Hub v2.17.10: path-safe slash-command detection. /verb (no embedded slashes) = command; /path/with/slashes = deliver normally. Also closes MSG-49.
