Consolidate /opt/llmmsg-srv into /opt/llmmsg-srv-venus: move scripts/bridge/agents/chat-duo subdirs, repoint 11 fleet-wide refs (hooks, ccs.sh, services), delete old tree. Supersedes WI-596.
