Fix authored by coder-llmmsgsrv-cc: reconcile.sh v1.1 (bearer auth + three-way probe hardening) → bin-whey-cc for sh.git. venus drop-in bearer.conf → nw-venus-cc. Both halves dispatched; pending landing confirmation from each.
