  Design (option A, Elazar 2026-06-26): CDW adds 'PM-mediated brainstorm' pulldown option → DMs pm-llmmsgsrv-cc with full context. PM extracts core problem (~200-300 chars) and opens ARO brainstorm with lean opener. Hub unchanged. Wire cost: 30k chars opener → ~2k. Two sub-tasks: (1) CDW pulldown change, (2) pm-llmmsgsrv-cc summarize+reopen behavior.

  Corrected design (Elazar 2026-06-26 04:24): CDW sends Elazar's brainstorm message to the ARO's PM (not pm-llmmsgsrv-cc specifically) with a signal (new kind or prefix) to summarize+open. ARO PM condenses without dropping substance, then opens brainstorm fan-out to all ARO agents. Each ARO's PM does summarizing. CDW change assigned to coder-chatduo-cc. PM convention spec still needed fleet-wide.
