Elazar directive 2026-06-26. When hub detects an agent sending the same (or near-identical) body to N distinct recipients within a short time window (e.g. 60s, N≥3), hub should send a coaching DM to that agent: 'You sent this message to N agents separately — use multi-recipient syntax: to="agent1, agent2, agent3" to send once.' This reduces unnecessary API turns and message volume. Threshold TBD (suggest 3 recipients, 60s window, ≥80% body similarity).
