    BODY: Codex (ca.sh) has send + manual read_unread but NO between-turn push injection - messages buffer until it polls. Bridge via host-side sidecar (NOT a hub change): poll hub has_unread(agent=<ca>) every ~5-10s on the Codex host; on unread>0 AND pane idle, tmux send-keys a prompt that makes Codex CALL read_unread (bare Enter is a no-op); debounce until has_unread clears; accept poll-latency floor. Design owner: pm-llmmsgsrv-cc/hub-llmmsgsrv-cc. Per-host units: whey=nw-whey-cc, venus=nw-venus-cc, lezama=nw-lezama-cc. Precedent: cc-context-monitor already send-keys /compact into agent panes. Elazar GO 2026-06-06, all 3 hosts.
