PMH980 historical period reportedly missing from general vehicle search/history
New unreferenced report in /data-lezama/movilba/import-reports/2026-10-13-1002-todo-rutap-importacion-prestaciones.xlsx, sheet Pendientes row 8 (Para: Elazar). Reporter says vehicle records de baja that were previously assigned to companies should remain findable in the general vehicle search/history regardless of whether the company is currently active. Example: PMH980, online RUTAP period 08/07/2025–01/09/2025, Linea 90, M.O.D.O. S.A. reportedly absent from MovilBA history; PEE045 reportedly appears. No root cause or expected UI behavior independently verified yet. Related context: MOVILBA-791 concerns the Empresa dropdown showing ceased entities; this report is distinct in scope (historical vehicle search/history and a reportedly missing vehicle period). Please verify against the authoritative SSOT and production history, then determine whether this is missing imported history, a search/filter defect, or expected behavior. DB04 SELECT-only PROD+DEV: PMH980 has 4 imported periods, including Base!102 2025-07-08..2025-09-01 M.O.D.O. S.A. Linea 90; that period appears once in v_vehiculo_historial in each DB. Vehicle id 5066 nondeleted, appears in v_vehiculos_list and _baja, not _alta. Filtering by historical M.O.D.O. entity 64 returns 0 because the list filters current entity_id (61, LA NUEVA METROPOL); with current entity 61 returns 1. PEE045 also has two periods and appears in list/_baja. Awaiting UI repro after AD sign-in; no write.

Verified, no missing history or code/data repair required. PROD+DEV each contain PMH980 Base!102 2025-07-08..2025-09-01 M.O.D.O. S.A. Linea 90 exactly once in historical view; vehicle is nondeleted and present in Todos/Baja. Authenticated DEV v5.6.249 UI: /vehiculos?search=PMH980&page=1 yields exactly one result with Empresa Todas; /vehiculos/PMH980 visibly shows the closed M.O.D.O. period. Current company is LA NUEVA METROPOL, so current-company filtering does not select historical M.O.D.O. Use plate search with Empresa Todas.

Reopened after Elazar reproduced zero results at /vehiculos?page=1&interno=980&search=PMH980. Prior UI pass omitted persisted interno=980 filter. Investigating compound-filter visibility/clear semantics; historical PMH980 period remains present.

Elazar confirmed interno=980 was entered by mistake in the zero-result URL. Without that accidental filter, authenticated DEV v5.6.249 shows exactly one PMH980 in Todos and Baja; detail visibly includes M.O.D.O. S.A. Linea 90 period 2025-07-08..2025-09-01. PROD and DEV each have the period once. No data or code defect; no repair needed.
