Cuando dos filas del mismo vehiculo comparten fecha_alta y fecha_baja y difieren solo en expte_alta, el desempate por posicion elige la que lleva el expediente de LOTE (EX-2025-55184093 cubre los 4 dominios de linea 68: AF821DV, AF875JB, AF875JQ, AF899TF) en vez del expediente per-vehiculo. Es cosmetico - la proyeccion elige bien, las dos filas son identicas en fechas - pero la ficha termina mostrando un expediente que no es especifico de ese vehiculo. PREGUNTA DE NEGOCIO sin responder: cuando un expediente de lote y uno per-vehiculo compiten, cual quiere ver el usuario en la ficha. No inventar la respuesta.

Read-only current-data check (PROD/DEV): for AF821DV, AF875JB, AF875JQ, AF899TF, rutap.v_vehiculo_historial_actual selects the 2025-12-26 to 2026-01-07 period as current_rank=1; its expte_alta is shared lote EX-2025-55184093. The per-vehicle expte_alta values are on the preceding 2025-07-08 to 2025-12-26 period, whose expte_baja is the shared lote expediente. PROD and DEV agree on these period values (snapshot 11/21; row IDs differ). Current code path is ficha findById -> canonical current-period view. This does not match the ticket's same-date/tie-only description on current rows. No code changed and no browser ficha exercised. Business question remains: whether ficha should show the current period's lote expediente or an earlier per-vehicle expediente; needs Eugenia's rule before any display change.
