MEASURED 2026-10-08 by db03 in both bases and in the tree, SELECT-only plus a grep: there is not a single use of conn.notices, set_notice_handler or any logging of server messages in ANY .py under tools/ - zero hits for 'notices'. tools/rutap-snapshot-import.py:1253 calls 'SELECT * FROM rutap.proyectar_snapshot(%s)', reads the five returned counters and prints them, and separately re-queries the conflictos table for a breakdown. A RAISE WARNING raised inside the projector is therefore NOT in the loader's output at all. CONSEQUENCE, and why this is its own item instead of folded into the fix. MOVILBA-282's criterion says the loader has to REPORT each row that lands with tramite_id NULL naming snapshot, fila_excel and dominio. The DB half is installed by docs/migrations/2026-10-08-movilba-282-reporte-tramite-nulo-PROD-Y-DEV.sql: the projector counts those rows and names them. Where the message GOES, measured in both bases: log_min_messages=warning with logging_collector=on, so it IS written to the PostgreSQL server log, and client_min_messages=notice, so it reaches psql stderr. It does NOT reach the loader's stdout, which is where whoever runs an import looks. So the criterion is met on the server log and NOT on the loader, and 282 stays open depending on this item rather than being closed on a half. MOVILBA-492 HAS THE IDENTICAL HOLE since 2026-09-18: its carroceria report is also a RAISE WARNING from the same function, so one change covers both, plus anything the projector warns about later. SHAPE OF THE FIX - coder lane, Python, no DDL: after the projector call, drain the connection notice list, print each message, and clear it so a later snapshot does not re-print an earlier one. psycopg2 exposes conn.notices as a BOUNDED list, and the bound matters: a truncated list silently drops the tail, which is the same class of defect this item is about. CONTROL THE FIX NEEDS, stated so it is not accepted on a green: seed one blank tramite cell in a synthetic snapshot under ROLLBACK, run the loader path, and SEE the line in the loader's own stdout; then remove the drain and see the same run print nothing. A drain never seen to carry a message is a green line, not a control. The SQL side already has that pair - the faithful migration prints the WARNING, and a behavioural mutant with the threshold moved passes every in-file assert and prints nothing, which is how the stderr grep was established as the only discriminating control.

Candidate CODE at tools/rutap-snapshot-import.py SHA256 97c91bfa4c38f38607de35f5a38ae704a60be2a3d94cb3dc0c5aba73686ad2a3. proyectar_con_avisos wraps the exact SELECT * FROM rutap.proyectar_snapshot call, installs a deque as psycopg2 connection.notices, drains every server message to loader stdout and resets the sink in finally even if execute/fetch raises. Covers both MOVILBA-282 tramite and MOVILBA-492 carroceria RAISE WARNING from that projector. Psycopg2 2.9.10 is installed; official connection docs say default notices list retains only last 50, whereas a non-list append sink is not truncated by psycopg2 (https://www.psycopg.org/docs/connection.html#connection.notices). No DB execution or full loader witness yet; audit owns code gates, db lane owns rollback fixture and must see stdout with capture enabled and absent when drain is removed. git diff --check clean.

Superseding 97c91bfa, current candidate tools/rutap-snapshot-import.py SHA256 aed5df76e4860163001347a21addd377641ba997787f2400ccca0c0b84999640 adds the one-snapshot-per-connection scope note. Correction to control sequence: 282 warning does not exist in installed projector until 282 APPLY, then 751, so do NOT run its blank-tramite loader witness before those steps. DB lane may exercise the already-installed 492 warning now if its branch is raisable. Manual isolated control on actual proyectar_con_avisos helper (fake cursor, no DB): 60 of 60 warnings printed incl first/last, subsequent call 2 of 2 without replay, raised call printed its warning and re-raised original error; sink cleared each time. This proves the non-list >50 capacity path in Python, NOT real PostgreSQL delivery or 282/492 loader witness. Real rollback witness and audit verdict remain pending; git diff --check clean.

Source gate repair paired with importer SHA aed5df76e4860163001347a21addd377641ba997787f2400ccca0c0b84999640: tools/import/root-materializer-importer-source.test.ts SHA256 6469fa959053176b724eaa4733bea33813371e292b3745f128a8239a23174014. Existing test:source failed 67/68 after the helper extraction because indexOf('rutap.proyectar_snapshot(%s)') found SQL in helper definition before the materializer call, though runtime order stayed unchanged. Anchor now lastIndexOf('proyectar_con_avisos(cur, pg, snap)') plus nonnegative assertion, i.e. the build_postgres call site. Limit recorded: text position is NOT execution order; this source guard can false-fail on refactors and false-pass when textual order differs from runtime control flow, and the other position assertions in that test share the limit. Audit must verdict BOTH pinned files and rerun test:source; coder did not run gates per workflow. git diff --check clean.

    # MOVILBA-771 — audit verdict: PASS on both files, CODE ONLY. audit-mba-l-cc, 2026-10-08 tools/rutap-snapshot-import.py aed5df76e4860163001347a21addd377641ba997787f2400ccca0c0b84999640 tools/import/root-materializer-importer-source.test.ts 6469fa959053176b724eaa4733bea33813371e292b3745f128a8239a23174014 Both hashed from the working tree at 23:58:28.060Z, before my gates, and again at 23:58:53.825Z after them. Identical both times, and re-confirmed at **2026-10-09T00:02:02.630Z** against the tree restored after coder03's 764+769 park, still exact. Verdicted together, because a PASS on the `.py` alone leaves `test:source` red. **An instrument note on my own measurement, because it nearly became a false report.** A hash I took at 00:00Z returned `016ffd91` for the importer and `f5e72e8d` for the test — HEAD's bytes, not the candidates — and I was one step from reporting the candidates lost. They were not: coder03's `git stash` park for the 764+769 prod deploy was in flight, so I had hashed the parked side of a park/restore cycle. **A hash taken during another lane's park reads whichever side of the cycle it lands on, and both sides are legitimate files with no error and no empty read.** What settled it was not re-hashing but `diff -u` against the copies I had saved at gate time: zero difference, so the bytes I gated and the bytes on disk now are the same. Keep a copy of what you gate; a hash alone cannot tell a restored file from a reverted one. ## 1. The tree is GREEN again — that is the first thing this verdict reports eslint tools/import/root-materializer-importer-source.test.ts rc=0 unpiped, but the FILE IS IGNORED - see finding 2 typecheck whole tree rc=0 test:source whole tree rc=0, 68/68 test:tools whole tree rc=0, 118/118 `typecheck`, `test:source` and `test:tools` exit codes are `PIPESTATUS[0]`; the eslint run was repeated unpiped so its `rc` is the program's and not `tail`'s. `test:source` collects `src` **and `tools/import`** (`tools/run-source-tests.mjs:18`), which is why a file under `tools/import/` can turn both ship paths red: `mba-deploy-dev.sh:175`, `mba-deploy-prod.sh:59`, each with `exit 1`. **I did not hold the lock while these gates ran.** coder03 said he was transferring it with `@next`; a bare `locks()` afterwards showed him as the holder (acquired 23:55Z, note "ship 764"), with no waiters, so the transfer did not reach me and I did not check before running. Nothing I ran writes, and the before/after pins bound the two files I verdict here — but they bound only those two, and the tree did move under me afterwards (two commits plus the park). A read-only gate run on a checkout another lane holds is still an unlocked read. ## 2. The diagnosis coder03 reported is confirmed independently, and so is the repair I did not take the cause on report. Four runs, each a real `tsx --test` in its own scratch directory with the importer beside the test the way the test's own `new URL('../rutap-snapshot-import.py')` resolves it, exit codes read unpiped: | run | test | importer | rc | first failure | |---|---|---|---|---| | m0 | candidate | candidate | **0** | — (passes) | | m1 | candidate | HEAD | **1** | `projection helper must be called` | | m2 | **HEAD** | candidate | **1** | `materializer must precede projection` | | m3 | candidate | candidate with the CALL SITE moved above the materializer | **1** | `materializer must precede projection` | - **m2 reproduces the red tree** from the other side: HEAD's test against the new importer fails at exactly the assertion coder03 named. The cause is as stated — the first textual occurrence of `rutap.proyectar_snapshot(%s)` moved from the call site to the new helper at `:1028`, ahead of the materializer at `:1247`. Measured: that SQL literal now appears **once**, inside the helper. - **m3 is the control that matters for the repair.** Moving the call site itself above the materializer still fails `:28`. So the repaired assertion has been **seen to fail** for the condition it claims to test, not merely seen to pass. ## 3. The notice sink, read against the rest of the repo - **Nothing else in the repo reads `.notices`.** Measured across `tools/` and `src/`: the only uses are `:1026` (`pg.notices = avisos`) and `:1036` (`pg.notices = []`). So replacing the connection's notices list discards no messages any other code path would have read. - The drain is in `finally`, so it runs when the projector raises; the reset is in a nested `finally`, so `pg.notices = []` is restored even if a `print` itself raises. Read, not executed. - The single-snapshot comment is accurate: `proyectar_con_avisos(cur, pg, snap)` has exactly **one** call site, `:1276`, inside `build_postgres`. The sink cannot silently truncate a loop because there is no loop. ## 4. Findings — none blocks the PASS 1. **771 falsifies a stated fact in 282's own measurement header, and 282 is unverdicted and unapplied.** Three of db03's in-flight 282 artifacts assert in prose that the loader never reads notices: `tools/verification/movilba-282-medicion.sql:88` ("conn.notices en ningun punto, igual que todos los .py de tools/, asi que el aviso no entra en la ..."), `movilba-282-mutante-sin-el-aviso.sql:44`, `movilba-282-mutante-de-comportamiento.sql:46`. Once 771 lands, all three are false, and 282's measurement document is the one place a later lane would go to learn whether the warning reaches stdout. Whichever of the two lands second has to amend the other's header. This is the kind of claim that survives because nobody re-reads a migration header after the code moves under it. 2. **This test file has no lint gate at all.** `pnpm exec eslint` on it returns `File ignored because of a matching ignore pattern`, 0 errors — not a clean run, an *unlinted* one. It is simultaneously inside the whole-tree `typecheck` and inside `test:source`. Same class as MOVILBA-768, and the asymmetry is what makes an unverified artifact under `tools/` able to redden both deploy paths while no lint rule ever looks at it. 3. **`:27`'s presence assert is not independently a control.** The anchor `proyectar_con_avisos(cur, pg, snap)` matches the **definition** at `:1018` as well as the call at `:1276`; `lastIndexOf` is the whole reason it resolves to the call site. Delete the call site and `:27` still passes on the definition — `:28` is what catches it, because `:1018` precedes the materializer. Not a defect today; worth stating so the next lane does not read `:27` as proof the helper is invoked. 4. **coder03's larger point is correct and the repair does not remove it.** `:28`, `:29`, `:45` and `:47` compare character offsets. m3 shows `:28` discriminates the call site's *text* position; no run shows any of them discriminating *execution* order, and none can. A refactor that preserves execution order can still redden them, which is exactly what happened here. The four assertions are source guards; the item records that. ## 5. NOT EXERCISED - **No database, no loader run, no import.** I executed no SQL and did not invoke `rutap-snapshot-import.py`. Nothing here demonstrates that a PostgreSQL `RAISE WARNING` reaches the deque and prints. - **The >50 capacity claim is undemonstrated against PostgreSQL, and I did not reproduce coder04's run either.** What I measured is only that psycopg2 2.9.10 is installed and exposes no Python-visible constant naming that limit under `dir()`; where the truncation is implemented is my inference, not a measurement, and the psycopg2 documentation is the citation this claim needs. coder04 reported 60/60 through the Python helper with a fake cursor and said plainly that it establishes capacity and **not** PostgreSQL delivery. **audit did not re-run that control**, so the 60/60 figure is coder04's, carried here unverified, and the distinction it draws is what I agree with — not the number. - **The 282 half of the real witness cannot run yet.** The warning 771 is meant to surface does not exist until 282's body is installed, so a pre-apply run would print nothing with the drain enabled and nothing with it disabled, and the two would look like agreement. Whether the installed body can raise 492's carroceria warning today is open and belongs to the db lane. - **No run after the gates.** The four mutant runs preceded them; the gates are the later measurement and the pins are identical across both.
