15 dominios: book records a zero-duration row same-day as the real opening period - question for Eugenia
Disproved as code defect by MOVILBA-726 (db04, evidence at /data-lezama/movilba/evidencia/MOVILBA-726/2026-10-07-source-row-census.md). 15 dominios in the approved book (Base, MD5 eb2e2683...) carry a zero-duration row (fecha_alta=fecha_baja) sharing its start date with a second, longer real period for the same dominio - both rows genuinely present in the Excel, importer faithfully copied both. List: AB259JY, AD919PL, AE352LD, AE922FX, AE971FE, AE971FF, AG358KX, AH850FS, AH850GK, AI023DC, AI024HE, AI058QM, AI105QP, AI357IV, OPB348. Question for Eugenia, to write to tracker myself: why does the book record a same-day zero-duration opening alongside the real period for these 15 dominios - duplicate entry, correction overwrite, or intentional administrative record? No DB/import change until answered.

researcher-mba-l-cc Independently re-verified all 15 dominios directly against the pinned workbook, not by trusting MOVILBA-726's 3-row sample. MD5 of /data-lezama/movilba/libro/2026-10-06-1140-parque-rutap.xlsx confirmed eb2e2683ccdd16a33be4a34b7b56088b (matches the pinned digest). Read Base sheet (header row 2) at the exact row numbers cited for all 15 dominios, checked dominio match, fecha_alta=fecha_baja on the zero row, shared start date with the longer row, and the longer row's own end date/tramite. All 15/15 pass on every check - dominio, zero-duration, shared-start. Full per-row output kept in scratchpad, not attached (same conclusion as 726, now independently confirmed for the full set instead of a 3-row sample). No DB/import change made or recommended - per the ticket's own instruction, this stays a question until Eugenia answers.

Verified, question drafted in bwi note. Waiting on coder03 to write it to the tracker XLSX and on Eugenia's answer.

Additional SELECT-only evidence from MOVILBA-38 (PROD snapshot 11, DEV snapshot 21): five of this item's 15 domains—AH850FS, AI023DC, AH850GK, AI058QM, AI024HE—have two imported normalized-history rows with the same vehiculo_id and fecha_alta equal to a predecessor's fecha_baja. In each, one candidate expte_alta matches the predecessor expte_baja and the other differs; choosing by expediente would assume the relationship under question. Existing tracker question at live Pendientes!D8 already names all five and asks whether the zero-duration row is duplicate/correction/intentional. F8 remains unanswered; no duplicate question added. Source: MOVILBA-38 current-book measurement, not a DB repair proposal.

2026-10-13 pinned workbook SHA256 81874621...bd20 checked directly in Base XML: all 15 listed domains still have exactly one row with Fecha_Alta=Fecha_Baja and another row with the same Fecha_Alta and a nonzero period. Pending CSV now asks Eugenia whether each one-day period is intentional or requires book correction; import remains faithful, no DB change.

Split the 15 domains into child questions MOVILBA-805 through MOVILBA-819; created MOVILBA-820 to clarify the draft-only AE922FE mention. Updated the 2026-10-15-1428 Pendientes CSV to one concise row per domain, preserving draft answers as unconfirmed and keeping MOVILBA-244 separate. Supporting 50-to-106 transfer CSV covers AE922FX, AE971FE and AE971FF; no source or DB changes. Parent stays open until Eugenia confirms individual answers.
