Fecha de carga vs fecha de expediente: que ve la empresa y es la fecha de carga solo visual

Asked by Lean in the online tracker (unticketed row, Donde mirar: 'Estado Actual'): 'Consulta sobre fecha de carga y fecha expediente: La fecha de carga de informacion es visual? Las empresas a que fecha van a tener acceso? Ya que deberian tener solo acceso a la fecha del expediente.' Two separate things are being asked. First, whether the fecha de carga shown in Estado Actual is presentational only - it is not a business date: the business date is the expediente date, and MOVILBA-349/637 removed the today-fallback so a tramite no longer completes itself with the load date. Second, and this is the part that needs a ruling: which of the two dates an empresa user is allowed to see. Lean's own position is that empresas should see the expediente date only. That is an RBAC question about field-level visibility by role, which the app does not currently express - RBAC today gates modules and routes, not individual fields - so answering yes has a real design cost and belongs with Elazar before anything is promised to the empresas. Needed to close: confirm the intended semantics of fecha de carga with Eugenia or Elazar, and get a ruling on whether the empresa role hides it.
