Fix 2 stale DEV/PROD-direction lines flagged by MOVILBA-586 (movilba-479.md:5, 2026-05-13 reconciliation doc:59)
MOVILBA-586 inventory (researcher, 2026-09-24, re-confirmed 2026-10-05): two stale DEV/PROD-direction lines survive, no open ticket currently owns either file. (1) docs/reference/movilba-479-dev-prod-schema-census.md:5 -- 'la convergencia no tiene direccion fija... nunca se asume que DEV gana' contradicts the current PROD->DEV structure-flow ruling (CLAUDE.md, four rulings of 2026-09-24). Not a frozen census number (those stay per the file's own header), this is a standing directional claim -- needs a corrective line, not a rewrite of the frozen census. (2) docs/reconciliation/2026-05-13-parque-movil-export-vs-prod.md:59 -- 'build + verify the UPDATE on dev (dbcaba) first... then per-write GO to touch prod' is the retired dev-first order. This file is a dated reconciliation record; per MOVILBA-586's own rule dated records are flagged not edited -- add a one-line correction footnote, don't rewrite the historical text.

-
Updating the two stale direction statements without altering frozen historical findings.
-
2026-10-05: Both doc edits disappeared from the shared checkout; the two files are clean at HEAD. Asked coder03 to confirm whether a tree-clear/version operation is in progress before reapplying.
-
2026-10-05: Added current PROD->DEV correction beside the frozen 2026-09-18 census statement and a superseding footnote after the historical DEV-first sequence in the 2026-05-13 reconciliation. Historical analysis and counts are preserved; diff check clean.
