No current UI instantiation uses that ownerType, but the server action is a supported latent reader. Therefore the 'if no readers' condition for dropping the WHOLE table is false. Whole-table DROP alone would make this path error; requires code-lane removal first. Existing fecha_desde-only guarded draft preserves table and action; PROD/DEV ROLLBACK + DEV negative control passed; audit pending. 702 accounts table/view batch is already applied and immutable.
