Static scan found no src/ or tools/ reader by relation name or generated Drizzle symbol; pg_depend view graph has zero dependent views; installed routine-body scan has no name reference in either base. view-catalog.md describes the all-email surface; manual/external use must be checked. Candidate only; no drop authorization.

Ordinary views have no own pg_stat_user_tables/pg_statio_user_tables row; base-table counters do NOT attribute reads to this view, and stats_reset is NULL. No DROP; code-side UNDECIDED remains. Blocked on Elazar - packaged by coder03 as ONE decision for all 13 unresolvable removal-candidate views (674,675,677,680,681,683-690) plus 700 (moot, already dropped by 702). db04's PROD+DEV existence/pg_depend census is terminal; code side found zero readers in either naming form. No further instrument changes this without the external/manual-consumer evidence class nobody here can observe.

PROD carries explicit relacl on all 8 of these views (counts 9/3/9/9/9/10/9/3); DEV has none except an owner-only entry on v_audit_integridad. Zero code refs, zero pg_depend dependents (positive-controlled), unchanged from prior UNDECIDED. A batch DROP (per the pending Elazar question on 674) would discard PROD's grants with no DEV equivalent to fall back on - flagged, not resolved.

Rehearsed under ROLLBACK, then DROP VIEW applied (SUPERUSER_ELAZAR_URL, superuser elazar, PROD first) and DEV (movilba_user). to_regclass confirmed NULL both bases post-drop.
