Resolver is used only by component-data-populator.js:12 and operational-hierarchy-populator.js:12; both require their own CLI invocation (:393-401, :302-310), and no script/package/timer/docs caller exists. Implemented Elazar's simplification within this item: removed the two dated offline exporters, opciones-resolver.js and its two dependent CLI populators; removed their two resolver-only tests and the obsolete hierarchy-importer assertion from origen-ingreso-create-paths.test.ts so the suite no longer reads deleted files. Replaced two stale p_db_offline/05_views.csv pointers with docs/reference/view-catalog.md and removed the index entry for absent tools/offline_postgres_db_copy/db_schema_tables.yaml. Re-ran source-reference census: no remaining references in active repo code/docs to the removed exporters/resolver/populator paths or absent generated artifacts (historical migrations/archive excluded). No tests/lint/typecheck run per gate workflow. Diff ready for audit.
