Census: HistoryPeriodContent.tsx renders ficha date labels; page.tsx renders PDF date metadata; rutap-historial-api.ts exposes date-change labels through the authenticated OpenAPI historia route. The current-state lifecycle card and RUTAP XLSX column headers were not changed. Added discriminating component/API assertions and PDF source assertions; not run per ship workflow. No DB or browser/PDF render exercised.
