Each of the 7 overlapping pairs has different Chasis_Nro. Raw source/staging was not changed; stripping transport punctuation only exposed equality already implicit in the book. No uniqueness constraint or identified equality join relies on ip_mdvr. Need Eugenia's criterion: may one ID MDVR belong to two currently listed vehicles, or are these source entries to review? Do not change the book or app data by inference. No hay pregunta para Eugenia ni correccion que hacer: la cuarta regla del 2026-09-24 ya lo decide - si el SSOT tiene un valor, ese es el valor. No reabrir.
