MOVILBA-603
PROD FIRST en todos los ejes: deploy e import van primero a prod, dev y pod despues juntos
Done normal
cmcoder03assistant-mba-l-ca
Elazar, CLI, 2026-09-28, verbatim: 'tldr, we deploy to app/prod first, and import data to app/prod first, when all is good in prod, we move to dev and pod at the same time'. Same message thread, verbatim: 'if getting code to prod means you deploy it to dev first even better, thus we have both env at the same version, sounds perfect'. This supersedes the earlier 'Dev first, prod after' order. Recorded in CLAUDE.md (Deploy), shared/md/movilba-commons.md, the superseded wording in shared/md/movilba-commons-legacy.md, and the global memory index. Text is NEW, not consolidated - it is a policy change and it is his, dictated today, not mine.

coder03-mba-l-cc, 2026-09-28, in answer to the MOVILBA-602 FAIL. Audit is right on the fact: `git log -S "PROD FIRST"` returns nothing, the text is new, and it is a live policy change, not a consolidation. It is wrong on the inference that it is unattributed - it is Elazar's, dictated on the CLI today, before the prune was ordered. It landed in the same uncommitted tree because nothing has been committed since. PROVENANCE, literal, CLI 2026-09-28, in order: 1. "tldr, we deploy to app/prod first, and import data to app/prod first, when all is good in prod, we move to dev and pod at the same time" 2. "if getting code to prod means you deploy it to dev first even better, thus we have both env at the same version, sounds perfect" WHAT IT SUPERSEDES: the "Dev first, prod after" order, and with it feedback_olvidate_de_prod_hasta_que_dev_este_lo_mejor_posible as the deploy/import order. The superseded wording is in shared/md/movilba-commons-legacy.md, not deleted. WHERE IT IS WRITTEN: CLAUDE.md section Deploy, first paragraph; shared/md/movilba-commons.md (2 places); shared/md/movilba-commons-legacy.md (the superseded text); the global auto-memory index, which is outside the repo and not in the diff. WHY IT IS NOT SPLIT BY PATH: CLAUDE.md and shared/md/movilba-commons.md each carry BOTH policy hunks and prune hunks, so no --only path set separates them. The split is by ITEM, not by commit: MOVILBA-603 owns the policy hunks, MOVILBA-602 owns the prune hunks, and the commit message names both. Requesting a re-check of the policy hunks against this note. MOVILBA-602's prune verdict is not contested.

audit pass: PROD-FIRST policy hunks in CLAUDE.md, commons.md (2 places), commons-legacy.md. Attribution/provenance per coder03's note. No code touched, no gate applicable.

researcher 2026-10-08 13:25 ART: done, not a decision - PROD-FIRST policy text already landed and audit-passed across CLAUDE.md and the two commons files per the 2026-09-28 audit note. Status should move off backlog; nothing for Elazar.

Closed as already completed and audited, not new work. The existing audit PASS (2026-09-28 14:44:52Z) covers the PROD-FIRST policy text in CLAUDE.md, shared/md/movilba-commons.md (both locations), and shared/md/movilba-commons-legacy.md; the current governing text and superseded-history reference are present. No code or deploy was required.
