Preguntas 83 y 85 del tracker: acortarlas a dos lineas y bajar el detalle a un temp-cambio-empresa.tsv
Elazar comento las preguntas 83, 84 y 85 de la hoja 'Para Eugenia' del tracker (snapshot 7, archivo del 23/09 14:50). 83: 'The question is way too long. Make it short - you will need to create a list of all these, either by dominio or expediente, you can create a simple temp-cambio-empresa.tsv and I will paste it to sheet cambio-empresa or call it what you will, or use existing Datos sheet or pase-de-dominio so we do not keep adding sheets'. 85: 'same as 83'. 84 ya quedo RETIRADA y se la pregunto yo a Elazar directo. Entregable: (1) temp-cambio-empresa.tsv en /data-lezama/movilba/import-reports/ con una fila por caso, columnas por dominio y expediente mas linea, empresa anterior, empresa nueva y fecha, cubriendo los 262 cambios de empresa sin cambio de linea Y los 124 dominios que entran con Tramite Modif sin Alta previo, con una columna que diga a cual de las dos preguntas pertenece cada fila para que entre todo en una sola hoja; (2) reescribir las celdas Pregunta de las filas 83 y 85 del xlsx a DOS lineas como maximo, que digan el numero y remitan a la hoja - nada de metodo ni de denominadores en la celda. El xlsx es el unico artefacto escribible y se toca con lock del hub sobre el recurso todo-rutap-importacion-prestaciones.xlsx. No agregar hojas nuevas: Elazar pega el tsv el mismo.

AUDIT PASS. Independent read-only scan of /data-lezama/movilba/libro/2026-09-23-1128-parque-rutap.xlsx sheet Base grouped 2413 dominios and ordered each by Fecha_Alta then Excel source row. It produced exactly Q83=262 current Modif rows with changed CUIT and unchanged Linea, plus Q85=124 dominios whose first chronological row is Modif. Reconciliation against temp-cambio-empresa.tsv found 386 data rows, split 262/124, zero duplicate question-dominio-source-row keys, zero missing rows, zero extra rows, and zero field mismatches across all 12 columns. TSV header is pregunta, dominio, expediente_alta, expediente_baja, linea, empresa_anterior, empresa_nueva, fecha_alta, fecha_baja, interno, tramite_en_libro, rutap_fila_excel. Workbook cells are exactly B7: 262 cambios de empresa: ¿se cargan como Alta en la empresa nueva y Baja en la anterior? newline Detalle: temp-cambio-empresa.tsv (pregunta 83).; and B9: 124 dominios con Modif sin Alta previa: ¿se toman como Alta? newline Detalle: temp-cambio-empresa.tsv (pregunta 85). Both are two lines. Command python3 tools/todo-rutap-tracker.py --diff 7 8 --samples 20 reported only these two Para Eugenia Pregunta cells changed; all other sheets had zero content changes and the snapshot 7/8 sheet inventories are identical at 15 sheets. Snapshot 8 exists with source path matching the workbook, key_epoch 2, MOVILBA-563 note, and sha256 8a721711ae25323e2d682a8186d15e207ea2a1bb779f913abdb1b433e8fd27d4, equal to the current workbook hash. No finding.

Completed from SSOT /data-lezama/movilba/libro/2026-09-23-1128-parque-rutap.xlsx, sheet Base. Recomputed 2413 domains chronologically by Fecha_Alta then source row: question 83 has 262 current Modif rows with changed CUIT and unchanged line; question 85 has 124 domains whose first row is Modif. Wrote /data-lezama/movilba/import-reports/temp-cambio-empresa.tsv with 386 rows (262/124), no blank domains or duplicate question-domain pairs, and shortened Para Eugenia B7/B9 to two lines without adding sheets. Re-imported the workbook as tracker snapshot 8: 3663 cells, key epoch 2, current workbook SHA-256 8a721711ae25323e2d682a8186d15e207ea2a1bb779f913abdb1b433e8fd27d4. Audit independently reproduced both populations, reconciled all 12 TSV columns with zero missing/extra/mismatched rows, verified only B7/B9 changed between snapshots 7 and 8, and recorded AUDIT PASS in the preceding verified event.
