Reported by Lean, Para Elazar item 12, on the colectivo create form. Submission should require pressing Crear colectivo. As reported this is a usability guard, but it is worth checking whether it contributed to item 17, where one edit produced eight rows.

Added an onKeyDown guard on the colectivo-create form: Enter in ordinary fields no longer triggers implicit form submission; textarea/contenteditable and button activation remain allowed. No test or runtime gate run per lane rule; audit requested. Item remains open pending audit.
