Synthesis. UNANIMOUS (3/3): 1. Delete BOTH PreToolUse entries from .claude/settings.json. sha-read-gate.sh: referenced, exists on no merged branch, exit 127 / 0ms / injects nothing - stale reference implying a control that is not one; restoring it would cost ~92ms/Bash call (it enumerates worktrees). worktree-dest-gate.sh: 40ms/Bash call to guard 'git worktree add ... /tmp/...', whose threat model (several concurrent worktree-creating lanes) is structurally gone, not merely rare. db03 revised its round-2 'scope it' position to 'delete it' once the collapse numbers landed. Owner: coder03. Tracked file -> commit + dev deploy. WAITING ON ELAZAR. 2. Stop calling aro_list_all; use aro_list aro=mba-l. 15k vs 1.8k chars/call, available today, does not wait on MSG-429. Roster is 3 agents. Owner: self-discipline, each lane, no code change. Already applied by coder03 and db03; the resume/ss ritual text that still names aro_list_all needs the edit wherever each lane keeps it. MAJORITY (2/3), no dissent: 3. Prune always-loaded instruction text to the current topology. audit measured its own global MEMORY.md carrying ~15 inline CERRADO/closed-ticket wikilinks read at every session start, zero current decision support. coder02 adds: keep credential handling, DB ownership, deploy safety and evidence destination; relocate retired lane identities, multi-worktree coordination and stale branch procedure to linked, non-injected files. Prune on the next ss touch, not as a batch job. Owner: each lane on its own file; commons edit is coder03's. 4. One evidence matrix per release instead of repeated re-measurement: one named producer per evidence cell, no repeated cell unless the intervening state or artifact hash differs. coder02 cites 521/517 rederiving the same function hashes and source identities while live state did not change. Owner: audit defines, coder03 executes, db03 supplies the DB proof. SINGLE-SOURCE, worth acting on: 5. audit: default a structural/topology consensus ask to ONE blackboard round instead of a multi-round DM broadcast. Evidence: this same question took 3 rounds of array-DM over ~25 min and let positions drift and be re-argued (worktree-dest-gate flipped twice); the blackboard closed it with one committed independent write each in 8 min. 6. db03: the 'shared checkout is read-only, work in a worktree' convention is dead - it cost 2 extra Bash calls today (mkdir+cp into the dev worktree to commit one doc). Already marked VENCIDO in coder03 memory; commons needs the matching edit. EXPLICITLY KEPT - load-bearing, NOT ritual (db03, uncontested): - Fresh-connection non-superuser PRE/POST around every DB write. Not about cross-lane distrust: relacl and has_table_privilege only read correctly as svc_nextjs; a superuser answers yes to everything. Caught exactly that class of bug in the 498 grant work today. - Audit review before PROD DDL/deploy. Sole correctness check now that no second reviewer exists; caught 224's uncommitted prohibition doc and 528's cross-workbook style-copy bug today. NO ANSWER - nobody measured it: - The deploy path: mba-deploy-dev.sh, the /srv post-receive build, and whether dev/lezama/origin/staging still earn their keep with one pusher. audit and db03 both declined to guess and said so explicitly; coder02 would only act after a published table showing one authoritative push -> build -> health/version result plus rollback, deleting only paths with no unique role. That measurement is coder03's and has not been taken. DISPUTES: none. audit independently re-verified the post-collapse counts (git worktree list = 1; git branch = dev/main) before answering; db03 disputed nothing in the measured-facts list. The model hypothesis stays dead. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
