El gate de MOVILBA-524 (gate del workbook + preflight Linea/Tipo_Servicio, lineas 375-542, mas tools/test-rutap-524-corrected-artifact.py) ESTA en esos bytes: no es una ejecucion aparte. Las SHA 50188d33 y 4e01b92d del blockedReason quedan obsoletas. Dependencias: el importador llama solo a rutap.proyectar_snapshot (910) y rutap.reconciliar_snapshot(snap, apply) (941), con preflight de existencia por to_regproc en 737-748; NO referencia a reconciliar_estado_abierto_snapshot, que 516 elimino. Ambas funciones estan vivas en DEV tras 518 (proyector ca89b7fe) y 521 (reconciliador b2547bbb). Orden: aplicar MOVILBA-517 en DEV primero -reemplaza el reconciliador, importar bajo un cuerpo que esta por cambiar hace la corrida irreproducible-, despues dry-run de 523 en DEV, despues apply. Las filas hechas a mano en DEV NO estan protegidas: el snapshot borra lo ausente del libro sin importar el origen (Elazar, 09-19); la descripcion de este item todavia arrastra la redaccion vieja. Hallazgo, no bloqueante: el snapshot 5 de PROD se importo con ca620228d, anterior al preflight de 524, asi que ninguna fila de PROD paso nunca por el gate de Linea/Tipo_Servicio; correrlo de solo lectura contra las filas del snapshot 5 y reportar el rechazo con su denominador.
