MovilBA owns its full deploy toolchain - no sh.git core or aux scripts
Deploy path must be entirely repo-owned. Keeping sh.git's shared scripts compatible with MovilBA's specific needs while also serving simple projects costs time, tokens and Elazar's energy - the two requirement sets are pulling apart and the shared copies are the wrong place to reconcile them. Elazar's call, 2026-09-17. DONE so far (v5.5.204, dev): gitdeploydev.sh v2.22 and gitdeployprod.sh v2.3 vendored commit-selection-lib.sh and agent-trailer.sh at repo root and source them by $SELF_DIR, no command -v lookup. Verified by running a deploy with ~/.local/bin stripped from PATH. REMAINING: 1. gcaba-sync.sh - a MovilBA script that still lives in ~/.local/bin and still resolves agent-trailer.sh from PATH (line 257, hard-abort at 261). Move it into the repo and point it at the vendored lib. 2. Census every other MovilBA-specific script still in ~/.local/bin and move each one in. The list is measured, never assumed. 3. Once vendored, the repo copies DIVERGE deliberately: they may be changed for MovilBA's needs with no regard for sh.git compatibility. That is the point of the item. 4. Do NOT delete the sh.git copies of commit-selection-lib.sh / agent-trailer.sh: 17 other scripts source them (gitpush.sh, gitcommit.sh, gitmerge.sh, deploy.sh among them). Separate lane's concern. Invariant: after this item, no MovilBA deploy or sync path reads anything from ~/.local/bin.

Note on the ones with systemd units (setup-movilba-backup-timer.sh, install_backup_timer.sh, import-reports-watch.sh, rutap-watch.sh): a unit file pins an absolute path, so moving the script without repointing the unit leaves the timer calling a path that still exists in bin - it keeps working and nobody notices the move did not take. Each of those is repointed in the same change that moves it, or not moved.
