AE631MI: Leandro's app edit on 15/09 (linea 34->4, interno 45->144) was stored as MODIF (DEV id 220068) because clasificarTramiteEdicion did not exist yet (28873909 landed 17/09). The 0942 book now carries the same event as ALTA (import id 234320), so the dominio has two open periods on the same day and the ficha shows the app MODIF. The rule 'a change of linea/interno/empresa is an ALTA' ships in dev as of v5.5.191. Remaining: decide which period wins when an app period and a book period describe the same event (overlap with MOVILBA-400), and count the population with the db lane.

Therefore the four DEV-only APP/import overlaps recorded at 04:04 are test-data artifacts, not evidence of a production business defect. PROD query returned zero overlaps. This supersedes the earlier uncertainty about those APP rows; no PROD remediation follows from this count.

Re-confirmado PROD snapshot vigente (11), db03-mba-l-cc 2026-10-08: 0 vehiculos con periodo app y periodo import abiertos simultaneamente - identico a la medicion 2026-09-24 de coder04. Estructuralmente imposible hoy: PROD no tiene NINGUNA fila origen=app viva (confirmado esta sesion en MOVILBA-237, 5558/5558 filas vivas son origen=import). El caso DEV (AE631MI y los otros 3/4 dominios) es dato de prueba descartable por aclaracion de Elazar (2026-09-24 CLI), no defecto de produccion. La regla linea/interno/empresa=ALTA ya shippeo en dev v5.5.191. Cierra sin escritura - nada que decidir, PROD limpio.
