En /vehiculos/agregar/colectivo, el selector Estado consume estadoColectivo y ofrecía ALTA, BAJA y MANTENIMIENTO. La respuesta de Eugenia confirma que RUTAP maneja únicamente ALTA/BAJA. Filtrar estadoColectivo a las claves canónicas ALTA y BAJA y validar en servidor que una creación no acepte ningún tercer estado. Implementación preparada en la rama movilba-432-agregar-alta-baja; typecheck y ESLint pasan.
