Validadoras: show owner details for selected line or vehicle
Add a Detalles section immediately below the Linea/Vehiculo association control on /validadoras/agregar. For Tipo de Validadora = Puesto a tierra, after selecting Linea show the current owning Empresa and its CUIT. For Tipo de Validadora = Embarcada, after selecting a Vehiculo/Dominio show Interno, current owning Empresa and CUIT. Values must come from the current canonical business views/associations, not duplicated client inference, and must update/clear when selection or modality changes. Preserve the create payload and MOVILBA-403 single/dual SUBE/OpenPass flow. UI labels: Detalles, Interno, Empresa, CUIT. Add focused coverage for both modalities and missing nullable detail values. Elazar explicitly authorized code deployment and necessary database work in DEV for this item; no PROD authorization.

Implemented and deployed to DEV v5.5.114 (6a59e332): line selection shows Empresa/CUIT; vehicle selection shows Interno/Empresa/CUIT from canonical current ownership; Puesto a tierra no longer shows or submits N° de interno. Focused renderer assertions, ESLint, full TypeScript, deployment health and freshness passed. No DB change required (DB03 confirmed canonical joins/cardinality).

Reopened: DEV creation failed because trigger still rejects hyphens although service and CHECK constraint allow them; fixing trigger parity and re-verifying request path.

Creation fix deployed to DEV v5.5.115 (b1f9465a): corrected stale trigger validation to accept hyphenated mounting-kit values, replayed the committed migration artifact on DEV, and rollback-tested exact M1595-04333. Feature behavior remains deployed from v5.5.114. Audit PASS; no PROD change.
