Diagnosis only, not scheduled for implementation. Timeline endDate always labels fecha_baja as Fecha de baja via src/lib/rutap-history-diff.ts116, regardless of closing event type. Modification closing a period can be read as vehicle deregistration. AB126BE proxy: current Alta from v_vehiculos_detalle, timeline Alta27/08/2026→03/09/2026, successor Modificacion03/09/2026→NULL. Dates must be preserved; no data correction inferred. DB/book comparison pending; rewrite hypothesis if source differs. Ficha state and timeline period end are different concepts, not conflicting data.

Elazar explicitly confirms Fecha de baja is Eugenia stakeholder team terminology and instructs retaining current label. Closed as intended terminology, not fixed; no code/data changes. Historical period end must still be distinguished from current vehicle state when explaining results.
