Of those: 121 have only MODIF periods (imported, no Alta row = MOVILBA-280 shape), 23 have an ALTA only after the corte, 5 have all periods tramite_id NULL (UI pre-281), 1 mixes MODIF+NULL. 0 vehicles without historial. The 121 and 5 are where the report's fecha_alta rests on the earliest period, not on a tramite.
