Ficha: la lupa del buscador por dominio no hacia nada desde una pestaña abierta antes de un deploy (Server action not found sin catch)

Elazar CLI 2026-09-04 22:5x: type a dominio on /vehiculos/6701, click the magnifier, nothing happens. Root cause from DEV app_logs (source=client, 4 rows 22:18-22:56, Chrome/Linux UA): 'Unhandled Promise Rejection: Server action not found.' - a tab loaded before one of ~20 dev deploys that night held a Server Action id the new server no longer had; handleBuscarDominio had no catch so the rejection was silent (no modal, no navigation, no console). Fix shipped dev v5.4.178 code 92e2d551 (+ 56ee7fbe v5.4.181 audit minors): catch; stale-bundle error -> persist typed dominio in sessionStorage, reload once, re-run on mount; any other error -> modal with text; at most one reload per tab until a search reaches the server. Positive controls via proxy-mba-w-cc on stale tabs: reload branch, persist+auto-navigate to /vehiculos/3350 branch, loop guard (no reload, modal). Not exercised: Enter key path, non-stale rejection. Audit PASS 2026-09-04 23:55. Same silent failure exists at every other Server Action call site -> MOVILBA-247 (coder-ca, global handler, also replaces the raw 'Server action not found.' user copy).
